Welcome to the Progress Church of God website! We are a friendly congregation that is open to anyone who desires a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.
We are a Bible believing, Christ-centered church. Everything about our worship it done to glorify the Risen Christ. We seek to worship Christ in Spirit and in truth not only on Sunday mornings, but throughout the week as well.
We are a small congregation located in the suburbs of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Serving our community since the early 1800s, our church has adopted a "blended" worship service, meaning we sing hymns AND newer music all along to piano accompaniment. There is no dress code either. All we ask is for you come to worship as you are in whatever you feel is comfortable. Most people dress casually. Scripture gives no other requirement other than modesty.
